1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the NeoTarot mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
NeoTarot is an entertainment application that offers AI-powered tarot card readings, angel guidance messages, a spiritual journal and related mystical content ("Services").
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NeoTarot. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
4. User Accounts
- You may use the App as a guest (anonymous) or by creating a registered account with your email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- You may not create more than one account per person to circumvent limitations or bans.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Tokens & Premium Subscription
5.1 Free Tier
All users receive a free Daily Card reading each day. New registered accounts receive 20 starter tokens. Additional tokens may be earned by watching optional rewarded advertisements.
5.2 Tokens
Tokens are consumed when performing paid readings (1 token per card drawn). Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash. Free tokens expire if unused after 365 days of account inactivity.
5.3 Premium Monthly Subscription
- Price: ₹500 per month (auto-renewing)
- Includes 500 tokens per billing cycle plus an ad-free experience
- A 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play → Subscriptions
5.4 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests for subscriptions may be submitted to Google Play within the platform's refund window. Token purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been credited to your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or interfere with the App or its servers
- Use automated scripts, bots or tools to access the App
- Circumvent any access controls, token system or paywall
- Reproduce, distribute or publicly display App content without our written permission
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Intellectual Property
All content within NeoTarot — including but not limited to app design, tarot card artwork, text, AI-generated readings, animations, sounds and branding — is the exclusive property of NeoTarot or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any App content.
8. AI-Generated Content
Tarot interpretations and angel messages are generated using AI. The content is:
- Automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected outputs
- Not the opinion or advice of any specific person or spiritual authority
- Intended solely for entertainment and personal reflection
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of AI-generated readings. NeoTarot is not responsible for any decisions made based on reading content.
9. User Content
Any content you create within the App — such as journal entries, notes and reading questions — remains yours. By using the App, you grant NeoTarot a limited licence to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
We will never share your personal journal entries or reading questions with third parties for advertising, training AI models on personally identifiable data, or any purpose other than delivering the service.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App and all Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoTarot shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue or profits
- Decisions made based on tarot readings or AI-generated content
- Service interruptions, errors or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
